Every home changes the signal
Distance, dense walls, metal, equipment placement, and neighboring networks affect coverage. The fastest internet plan cannot correct a poor in-home signal path by itself.
Placement comes before more equipment
Moving network equipment into an open and more central position may help. Extra equipment added without a coverage plan can create new handoff or connection problems.
Test where work happens
Measure the connection in the rooms and at the times that matter. A video call, printer, and basic browsing may have different reliability needs.
