Call 240-522-5400 or email [email protected] with the service reference or invoice number. Explain the charge you are questioning so the service and payment records can be reviewed.
A verified duplicate payment, incorrect amount, or other billing error will be corrected. An approved refund is returned through an available appropriate method after the review is complete.
Customer-approved labor, diagnostic time, and services already provided are generally not refundable merely because a separate or future equipment problem remains. A billing error, covered workmanship concern, or right required by law will still be reviewed.
Refund eligibility for a part depends on whether it was installed, used, specially ordered, returnable, or defective. Any condition affecting the refund will be explained from the applicable service and invoice records.
Data-recovery evaluation and approved recovery work do not guarantee that files can be recovered. Charges for approved time and work are not automatically refundable solely because some or all requested data is unavailable.
